Yesterday, at the height of all of this, I lost all ingress & egress UDP 
for about 4 minutes. Not TCP or ICMP, just UDP. I am in Melb on an ISP 
using Telstra backhaul from my exchange. At times the UDP seemed to 
throttle, but seems OK thus far today.
