[AusNOG] Peering in Melbourne: PIPE vs VIC-IX

Routes you get vs routes you actually use is probably more of the question
here. No doubt PIPE/equinix are far superior with total routes, but, and
especially due to PIPE being in the ASPATH, in terms of useful routes WAIA
definitely contains the important ones. With NBN coming possibly soon as
well the amount of interconnects and peering will likely mean WAIA is in
even more locations, and the cost savings will definitely start to add up.
