[AusNOG] ADSL to ADSL2+ upgrade on Telstra ports

Being doing a few ADSL to ADSL2+ upgrades on Telstra ports and some are failing with No Free ports.

Doesn't ADSL1 Open and ADSL2+ use the same port in the exchange? Obviously calling them is just getting me going around in circles. Anyone got any silver bullets please?
