[AusNOG] Comments about Amcom?

Hey all,

A customer has asked me about Amcom... primarily in the context of managed
WAN's and them as an option.

I've never dealt with them, so I thought I would ask the community which
knows all about this space.

They seem to focus of the West cost.. and most of their customer
testimonials are also west coast.

Just wondering if anyone has anything positive, negative, experiences they
can share with me off-line
