[AusNOG] Asset Management Software recommendations

We¹ve used a combination of Web Help Desk ( www.webhelpdesk.com )and N-ables
monitoring/assest tracking. Both will cover hardware/software/location
building/room etc
Happy with both though I don¹t think they draw pictures of racks.
