Unfortunately it isn't going to be perfect, the PDF says, "* Some protocols not supported".

Translating between IPv4 and IPv6 isn't ever going to be perfect, much like translating between English and other languages isn't. There is no way to squeeze the meaning and purpose of 128 bit IPv6 address into an IPv4 address without sacrificing something.
