[AusNOG] Eftel contact

Does anyone have a contact at eftel?

I have been trying to call them for 2.5 hours and no answer / call
back from anyone.

I'm calling their NOC number they advertise but no answer.

I have an urgent issue that needs attending too and cannot get in
contact with anyone.
