FWIW, looking at the example given (103.18.207.80), whois for the
address/network both give "GloVine Pty Ltd - MultiPurpose Network" which
does not match what is shown.

That network is announced by AS132839, which whois says is "GloVine Pty Ltd
- Sydney Gaming Network".  Maxmind's ISP and Organization databases also
give the ISP/Organization are "GloVine Pty Ltd - Sydney Gaming Network" -
which matches the output shown.
