[AusNOG] Thailand outbound issues.

Hi Guys,

We have users in Thailand who for the past 12 hours have been having
troubles hitting our network in Melbourne.

I'm wondering if others have had similar reports.

We don't know what the issue is as everything looks good from our end, and
we are able to trace back to these users fine.

I'm not sure if the current political/civil issues in Thailand are coming
into play with this?
