[AusNOG] Latency sensisitive apps

These are already in horizon:

- automated stock market trading (and equiv trading environments where it is done by programs rather than humans)
- more complex virtual environments and multiplayer games
- teleoperation of physical equipment (eg mining trucks, taxis, drones)
- higher def real time video interactions

On SAP - we solved a lot of latency related issues by parking a citrix farm on the front door.
