You need to be more specific as what you have asked for are all very
different things.

Racks you get from one of the many people there.

Cages you MIGHT (but unlikely) be able to get from existing providers

Suites you talk to Globalswitch, but there is a minimum (50 sqm I think)
and at last time I did this, a 10 year lease.
