Hi Chris.

The Australian Network Operators group (AusNOG) Is a list for Network
Operators, Not a source to find information not related to network
operations in cases where research has been lacking or you are unable to
use Google to find the answer.

I suggest keeping unrelated topics off the list. There are many other
sources of this information on-line including:
http://lists.linuxfoundation.org/mailman/listinfo/virtualization

VmWare also have a list you can sign up to at:
http://www.vmware.com/mail_list

As far as I am concerned business research is not related to Network
Operations, I am not a Moderator, Simply a watcher who does not appreciate
this sort of spam in my mailbox.

If the email contents was related to networking, For example:
Recommendation on switching, Security or IP Telephony then I am sure you
will get many more welcome replies.

The AusNOG Charter is available here:
http://www.ausnog.net/mailing_list/charter

I bring attention to:
This is NOT a forum for journalists to pick up leads, sales people to
sell things, end-users to pester their ISP, or bush lawyers to posit
their beliefs. Such behaviour will not be tolerated (see "Moderation"
below).

The AusNOG mailing list has been established to provide a forum for
the exchange of technical information, the *discussion of specific**
implementation issues that require cooperation among internet
**infrastructure related service providers* (eg ISP/ASP/DC etc)

Thanks
Mitch K
