Troy Hunt has covered these scams in excruciating detail;

	http://www.troyhunt.com/2011/10/anatomy-of-virus-call-centre-scam.html

	http://www.troyhunt.com/2012/02/scamming-scammers-catching-virus-call.html

	http://www.troyhunt.com/2012/06/how-logmein-is-enabling-scammers-to.html

	http://www.troyhunt.com/2013/07/bloody-galah-scammers-still-not-getting.html

I'm not sure if it's linked in one of those posts (search the blog),
but at one point he set up a virtual machine for the purpose and
recorded + screencap'd a couple of the calls.

If you think you've been done by one of these scams;

Disconnect your computer from the internet. Migrate your data off of
it. Format and reinstall it.

(If you think you're a malware ninja and can effectively remove
whatever might be running on it without doing this then good luck with
that. Spend some time reading HackForums and TrojanForge to get some
understanding what you're up against.)

Let the CBA/$Organisation know that people are actively trying to SE
their customers. An mail to customers from the target org. saying
"We're aware that people are trying to hammer you RIGHT NOW. Be
careful RIGHT NOW." is a big disruption to the scammers. If you saw
the attack six months ago and reported it and you see it again now
report it again. Communication / customer messaging is everything.

Also, there are loads of user-level education resources on the 'net
that talk about this stuff. Take the time to tell your family and
friends about what you've seen and forward a couple of links. They're
the ones who are most likely to get done.
