I've been contacted numerous times by media asking if they can quote me.

Depends on the publication to be honest... but if its MY post they are
asking about quoting, it is up to me to give permission for that.

Most of the time I say no, and to be honest, the only one I really say yes
to is Commsday as they're part of our industry and do a lot of good, run a
conference, etc.
