[AusNOG] Ethnic Centric ISPs in Australia?

My son lives in Europe and does have some difficulty on very odd occasions accessing sites to get sport results. Doesn't disturb him enough to seek an Aussiecentric isp though, he just asks his Dad. Not sure why these sites would filter though.

Interesting little thread.

I've heard of Internet services/resources that are only accessible on the "inside" of the Great Firewall of China..... there might be someone offering access to those conjunction with normal Internet access ?

Just a thought if anyone wants to continue googling.
