[AusNOG] Ethnic Centric ISPs in Australia?

Interesting little thread.

I've heard of Internet services/resources that are only accessible on the
"inside" of the Great Firewall of China..... there might be someone
offering access to those conjunction with normal Internet access ?

Just a thought if anyone wants to continue googling.
