[AusNOG] Draft for Removing TE Routes

Watching a presentation on
http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-white-grow-overlapping-routes-00

Not sure if this is the ideal solution, but for some networks (see the
Weekly Reporting Report posted to Ausnog) it'd be a nice way of cleaning up
their high number of prefixes.
