I was waiting until the change of government before writing a letter.
Perhaps we should all get together and lobby the new government to
change the status quo.
Speaking from SIS, 80% of our $transit content is sent to domestic G04,
why should we have to pay to deliver it to them? As long as we can meet
them at suitable aggregation points content be exchanged for free
domestically.
It drives innovation and services to be built in Australia instead of
building applications on 'clouds' over the seas, only for ISP's only
having to drag it back down again! insane.
