Just a small comment re fully redundant requirement 2N or N+N will be adequate for fully redundant pathways.

*Very* few DC's will provide 2N+2N as it requires massive capital and doesn't provide enough of an improvement in resilience to justify the cost. Being N is the required capacity, 2N or N+N is generally N on two paths, and 2N+2N would be double the required capacity on two paths.
