My point is that if everyone is already de'agged to /24s then you have no where left to run. So don't. Just advertise the minimum set of routes to begin with and then only have to deagg a bit.

Don't deagg so much to begin with so you have the ability to get them back later.
Other option is to poison the route with Dodo's AS number stuffed into the path.
