[AusNOG] Telstra - selected MAN's down?

Morning fellow Noggers,

Does anyone know if / what the problems are with Telstra's MAN network at the moment? We've a client which is completely knocked out AU wide, based from Sydney, affecting all MAN services. Telstra say it's an edge provider switch which is down, and is affecting various MAN services, but we're getting precious little out of them.
