[AusNOG] Fibre Based Internet

...following this list for near on a decade, the only thing that sticks 
out is:

* SLA aren't worth the paper they're printed on...
* Understand your service paths properly - having two providers that 
have the same points of failure and same path is a pointless expense
* Get services from at least two providers and actually test your fail 
over...

Name me a carrier/provider and I'm sure I can find a fault notice in the 
AUNog archive.
