High packet loss from home (Optus) to google.com.au and quite a few 
threads on Whirlpool from iinet / Internet / Westnet users all having 
issues too.

Ventra IP are having problems as well 
(http://forums.whirlpool.net.au/forum-replies.cfm?t=1929074&p=2) so it 
sounds like the whole DC (Equinix SY3?) has power issues.

Anyone else in SY3 with problems?
