    High packet loss from home (Optus) to google.com.au and quite a few
    threads on Whirlpool from iinet / Internet / Westnet users all
    having issues too.<br>

    Ventra IP are having problems as well

    so it sounds like the whole DC (Equinix SY3?) has power issues. <br>
