[AusNOG] Pipe Peering Traffic

If we had more information about who it potentially could be perhaps we
could pinput an exact reason. It might be difficult to narrow down without
some historical data to compare current traffic flow too, but some basic
BGP analysis could help. There are some tools on the web, can't find the
shortcut for them currently but they are there.
