[AusNOG] Optus network advisories

Can anyone find it?

The optus myZOO page has nothing listed, and my voice provider 
(amaysim) has confirmed that there is a mobile outage in my area, so 
they must have a wholesale system which let amaysim know, but no system 
to tell people who'd rather not call up and sit on hold.

Is this normal? Every other ISP and voice provider I look at has a 
network advisory page, why not optus?
