[AusNOG] mobile phones coverages alternative

Femtocells are good if you're only after a small area of coverage and a
small number of phones/call.

If the requirements are for more of an office block style setup then all of
the majors will install a Microcell (basically a mini-basestation), however
normally there's a fee involved depending on the exact situation - and it's
not normally cheap...
