[AusNOG] Telstra/Bigpond issues QLD

Lots of noise on Whirlpool - interesting, had a client who couldn't RDP from his home (Telstra cable) to his office (Telstra Direct Internet). 

Followed up with Telstra business support, he reckoned he could see traffic flow, but tracerts stopped at a point. Couldn't ping between sites. Was going to follow up tomorrow, but hoping it will be resolved?
