[AusNOG] Bigpond blacklisted again

I'm very curious.
Is this the Norm, asking BigPond to "care", my experience is, "We just Don't Care". I find it fascinating to read this here.
Telstra are using some company csi.cloudmark.com who find time to block people who are not on SORBS or anything else, we have had a few clients being banned by cloudmark, who BigPond use to stop inbound spam.
Is it me? Or do BigPond (Telstra by extension) just don't care, it's your problem, not ours, kind of mentality. I have spoken to BigPond, E-Mailed them etc, I just get told to "white list" the specific IPs. 61.xx etc Not, we'll fix it, it's YOU fix our problem.
Anyway, if I am off the mark do let me know, it could just be my exp. And not the norm.
