For this sort of stuff it's a doodle.

You can trust most people and you just run a database back up for the rest.

You can transfer it on to just about anything, and it's just easy to 
deal with.

But the system is more structured than a wiki, so you can keep more 
structure on the content, which can make it more consistent when you've 
got different people managing the content.
