[AusNOG] IntraPower Latency

Hi guys, we have a Transit feed off Intrapower in AAPT (Sydney) and are
seeing very slow speeds on this at the moment, everything seems find on our
other peers. Anyone else seeing anything on Intrapower at the moment?
