[AusNOG] Alternative to NBN?

Synergy (Western Power) were working on Internet over Power some years ago
in South Perth and some other areas which was canned due to some issues with
Ham radio users? But considering how everyone in Australia has power this is
an excellent alternative and easily (relatively) rolled out.
