[AusNOG] Cisco upgrade 7206 to 7600

Howdy,

6500 / 7600 doesn't really make a good border.  Sitting in the middle of your network throwing bucket loads of packets back and forth is it's best position (and they are awesome at just shovelling packets!).  The "edge feature limitations" of the platform limit it's usefulness in other roles.

ASR1K may be a better path forward from 7200.
