[AusNOG] Connectivity issues with 1.0.0.0/8 address space

Hi AusNoggers,

Telstra's recently been assigned and begun to use portions of the
1.0.0.0/8 address ranges from APNIC.  Although this was allocated to
APNIC close to a year ago, we've recently encountered some issues with
corporates (both Telstra and non Telstra) and ISP's filtering these
ranges both locally and overseas.

Given these issues with the 1.0.0.0/8 ranges and also the recently
allocated 5, 23,  37, 100, 105 /8's it may be worth checking filters.

I doubt anybody on AusNOG hasn't updated their bogon filters (as we're
all great network operators) but worth a try as one less user
downstream with an issue is one less destination to worry about.
