Off topic I know.

But...

Stephen don't you think that is just a bit uncalled for?

Both were just asking for some honest replies, yet you come in and make a joke of them?

Even though I know I may have cracked a slight joke (let it be known it was followed by a serious question though) I think you have taken it too far.

Professional courtesy should be upheld, even by you.

Phillip, on the sydney job.. it states "Or equivalent experience" what would you say this would be set at?
five years experience?
