Wow painful, well I tried to email all who emailed me, but I got an NDR for iinet and pipe 0_o

We have been having connectivity issues with iinet from our Melbourne locations and it looks like the last responsive hop is as4802.melbourne.pipenetworks.com (218.100.13.12)

Happy to provide logs/investigation so far but better offlist.
