Hi,
This can be achieved by using Routing Registry such as RADB. You can maintain your own MNTNER-OBJ, AS-SET OBJ, and ROUTE OBJ; together with bgp communities.
With this, you can control/update the filter automatically at your upstream providers (assuming they support this feature).
