Assuming that the powers-that-be believe this is a good idea then this is certainly the easiest way to go about it - it also qualms my personal fears regarding having someone other than the current 'nog team retaining my correspondence.

Forums suck.. list is better, no html eye candy crap to put up with etc.

But why are we re-inventing the wheel? since a  lot of people  here seem
to think its a good idea, what about David creating a list on AusNOG's
existing list server, lets avoid having different list servers at
different locations for AusNOG shall we...
