[AusNOG] NBN Implementation Study

It looks to me that:
1. in the first instance there was no actual page at:
http://www.dbcde.gov.au/broadband/national_broadband_network/national_broadband_network_implementation_study
then

2.  they mounted it, and it got overloaded, then

3. all the file links are to non existant files!!!

SO I keep clicking...
