Have had this book marked for a while and thought that someone may find some use of it. It’s the Telecommunications(Interception and Access) Act

So you would consider having my UHF CB radio on scan while I am driving not only immoral but possibly also illegal?

Must be full moon time again… This is so stupid… Takes me back many years to Paul Bongiorno when he was a weather reporter for channel 10 and his first break as a reporter!

(a) UHF CB is covered under the minsteral standard 250 as well as it falls under a class licence For those who want to read a doco on this http://www.comlaw.gov.au/ComLaw/Legislation/LegislativeInstrument1.nsf/0/73F8C069928A6727CA256FBF00102164/$file/cbrsCL.rtf
