So you would consider having my UHF CB radio on scan while I am driving
not only immoral but possibly also illegal? 


Must be full moon time again…  This is so stupid… Takes me back many years to Paul Bongiorno when he was a weather reporter for channel 10 and his first break as a reporter!

(a) UHF CB is covered under the minsteral standard 250 as well as it falls under a class licence
