Thats seriously messed up.

Who's responsibility is it then?  Oh, thats right, its the nanny state.

As to the rest of the article.... Prof Warren should be rather 
embarrassed by it.  His comments read like they have come from a 
technically illiterate social services commentator, rather than a 
University IT dept.

I'd love Prof Warren to tell me how a censorship system is going to pick 
up this sort of thing and stop it before its gone viral, and for bonus 
points, stop it once its gone viral.

No wonder he isnt taking calls.
