[AusNOG] Internet Filter Delayed Until 2011

The list is very probably the same list used in the UK for its opt-in
system of ISP level filtering.

My understanding of the way that one works is that ISPs opt into an
across the board filtering system, or not. Then customers choose their
service provider accordingly.

My first pass reading of the press release is fairly positive,
actually, but reinforces the need to stay involved in the subsequent
RC review.
