[AusNOG] Internet Filter Delayed Until 2011

"In the meantime, three of Australia’s largest ISPs - Telstra, Optus and
Primus - have agreed to voluntarily block at the ISP level, a list of child
abuse URLs compiled and maintained by the Australian Communications and
Media Authority (ACMA)."

So, what exactly is on this "child abuse" list? Is it the very same as the
not-too-long-ago-leaked one, that included RC (and other stuff)?
