That was the goal of the "IPv6 Experiment" - free p0rn over IPv6 only, but
it never really took off.
The website itself is dead, but there's a copy of the IPv4 part at
http://web.archive.org/web/20071011041408/http://www.ipv6experiment.com/
There's a number of Usenet and other services that offer free services over
IPv6, but it's still lacking the "killer app" that's required to drive any
level of consumer interest.
