[AusNOG] Less than 10% of IPv4 Addresses Remain Unallocated

Due to some very active users of IPv6Now's 6in4 services we (PPS) are now 
seeing some 10% of our network traffic as v6 traffic. 

Just a drop in the ocean, I know, but this has grown steadily over the 
past few months.
