I think you might have company. I'm guessing Telstra are using 1/8
fairly widely. IIRC, somebody from Telstra at one of the IPv6
conferences a few years back asked Leo Vergoda if 1/8 was going to be
or could be made a private address. I figure they wouldn't be asking
that unless they were using it a lot.
