A long time (10+ years) ago I used to make cross over cables for PRI by taking the first 5 wires and reversing their order.

We get Queensland Connectors and Cables (http://www.qconnect.com.au) to
make them. It seems nobody (including suppliers of E1 equipment
seemingly!) knows what an E1 cable is these days.

QCC might be able to do an expedited order for you.
