Hey all,
We've got a new customer who has no login details for a SnapGear SME550 and we have no other details about the device - boxes/paperwork etc.
We need to 'recover' access to the unit, which the support pages support is possible.
But... at http://www.securecomputing.com/index.cfm?skey=1597
It says you need to have registered your product, etc etc to be able to download the recovery image. We obviously have no documentation/login/etc for this.
Does anyone have the files, or a login to be able to get us:
1) The recovery image for the SME550, and
2) the Netflash version 2.0.0 (for all snapgears) from the recovery images section
Thanks muchly for you assistance.
