This was a question intended for the general forum rather than Skeeve specifically. I am going to blame the late hour for not being clearer there.

What's interesting is the company (though in a previous incarnation) that provided the catalyst (via a discontinued peering arrangement) for the birth of the Public Internet Protocol Exchange is also present again when the founders decide to sell that business.
